Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery

Standard delivery is generally 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, customs, weather or high-volume periods.

Shipping cost

Available shipping rates and any free-shipping offers are shown at checkout before payment. We currently offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $75 or more.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, we will email it to the address used at checkout. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may ship separately. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order arrives in multiple packages.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately at mwbrandsco@gmail.com if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

Delivered but missing

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can help review the shipment.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees unless checkout states otherwise.
